Far-field holography of ampule contaminants

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Detection and measurement of contaminating particles in cylindrical ampules have been achieved using far-field holography. The degradation of the images caused by the cylindrical nature of the ampule was overcome by index matching and clear images of particles as small as 5 μm in diameter were obtained.
